Materials for field repairs are designed to help keep GORE-TEX® CROSSTECH® Moisture Barriers in service longer and reduce total cost of ownership. This not only covers our three newest moisture barriers but also covers our legacy moisture barriers that are still within their designated warranty period.
This field warranty covers repair materials for pinholes and small cuts or tears, supporting routine, NFPA‑compliant maintenance of the garment. To maintain program eligibility, our repair materials are to be used on GORE-TEX® CROSSTECH® Moisture Barriers only.
Repair and replacement of GORE-TEX® CROSSTECH® Fabrics covered in the Warranty Program is performed by participating Verified ISP’s and garment manufacturers.

ITEMS THAT ARE COVERED
- Normal wear and tear
- Small pinholes
- Small cuts and tears (<3”)
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT COVERED
- Improper seam sealing as manufactured
- Improper cleaning
- Excessive thermal damage
- Aftermarket modifications or Improper sizing/alterations
- Pattern generated concerns
Full liner replacements are not a standard part of the Gore Warranty Program.
If a full liner replacement is deemed necessary during the warranty period, you must contact Gore. Gore will determine, at its sole discretion, whether reimbursement will be partial or full. Please note that complete liners can only be made by the garment’s original manufacturer.
