    GORE-TEX Gloves

    Challenging environments or exposure to critical work hazards get your gloves dirty. In most cases, your professional protective gloves can be washed. As glove materials and constructions differ, please always check, and follow your manufacturer’s care instructions.

    Things You'll Need
    • Lukewarm water
    • Stain remover (optional)
    • Water Repellent Treatment (optional)

    Step 1: Wash

    • Shake out the glove to make sure there’s no grit or dirt inside the main hand chamber and finger cavities.
    • Hand wash in lukewarm water.
    • Only use a small amount of liquid detergent.
    • Unless indicated on the manufacturer’s care instructions, do not machine wash or dry clean.
    • Don’t use fabric softeners or bleach.

    Step 2: Dry

    • Gently squeeze water off, from the fingers to the wrist.
    • Line dry. Position the gloves with the wrists pointing down.
    • Unless indicated on the manufacturer’s care instructions, do not tumble dry.
    • When gloves are half dry, put them on and make a fist to restore their original shape.
    • Don’t place in the sun, or on a heater.
    • Don’t iron your gloves.
