INCIDENTAL FLASH FIRE PROTECTION

The GORE-TEX CROSSTECH® PYRAD® technology is a durably flame retardant fabric that creates a self-extinguishing char, protecting the user from an incidental exposure. A test garment showed no evidence of dripping or melting after a three-second exposure, and only a 7% pain prediction. The material stayed flexible and was easily removed from the mannequin without breaking open.

UNRESTRICTED MOVEMENT

This incredibly lightweight fabric with four-way stretch capability enhances freedom of movement. It moves with the wearer like high-performance sportswear, where its elasticity delivers optimum fit, expanding and contracting with varied layers underneath.

RESPOND CONFIDENTLY WITH HI-VISIBILITY

This highly breathable fabric delivers consistent penetration performance against blood, body fluids, NFPA common chemicals, and water. It's highly visible, which is vital for traffic accident response. Washing gear after exposure is increasingly important. The durable barrier performance was maintained after extended use and 50 industrial wash cycles, enabling the garment’s longer operational lifespan.
